This is one of the looks for Bad Wolf's "A Better World" [link] music video. You can watch the video and read about the costume I made for it here on my website - [link]. For Kota's Ice Goddess headdress I designed something that would match her cool blue eyes and white hair. The Gemstones in her circle are slightly darker than her eye color. Etherial glittering flowers frame her face. This style was heavily inspired by the Ozma Princess and Magic Knight Rayearth Princess Emeraude! I also did her make-up for this look. I used the same lace in the costume that is glued on her face I wanted it to look like ice was growing out of her costume and up around her face.
