I particularly like what you've done with the bustle. I'm looking to expand my own SP wardrobe. Do you mind if I ask a couple of questions? Mainly, while I can see you've used some kind of stiffener at the front of the skirt (a crinoline, I think?) is there anything at the back, too? Or is it just the bulk of the (lovely, by the way) fabrics there? Also, is the bustle's underskirt, the stripey one, attached to the gold one? Or is it pinned up separately underneath?
A truly lovely outfit! I do love Steampunk; all the lovely tones and textures within such a warm, rich palette... I don't suppose the client sent you any pics of herself in this, did she? I'd love to see it on a living body, and with her hair done up and such.
I can't help but raise my (imaginary top)hat to salute that steampunkish awesomeness.
